Choose Your Cuts
Orders are based on a half pig which yields approximately 50-60 pounds of meat. You may choose to have your meat fresh or smoked for each section with exception of loin which only comes fresh. Although the total order may be mixed between fresh and smoked, the sections may not.
All orders verified by telephone or e-mail communication after being placed and before being finalized.
